Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
Lead complex SQL development for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization
Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights
Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality
Leverage Azure Data Factory and other BI tools to build scalable data pipelines (preferred)
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices across analytics solutions
Mentor junior analysts and establish reporting standards and reusable frameworks
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles
Mandatory: Advanced Power BI and SQL expertise
Strong experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and analytics best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Azure Data Factory and other BI tools is a strong plus
