Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations and staff
Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports
Perform general ledger reconciliations and oversee journal entries
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and process improvements
Mentor and develop accounting team members
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounting experience, with prior public accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience managing accounting staff and delegating responsibilities
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing accounting
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
