Marketing Manager, Commercial / Shopper Marketing
JOEYCO is seeking a Marketing Manager, Commercial / Shopper Marketing to help bring their retail and commercial marketing plans to life. This role is critical in executing marketing initiatives that support retail launches and promotions, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams.

Responsibilities
Execute retail and shopper marketing initiatives aligned to the commercial marketing plan
Support retail launches and promotional programs across priority accounts
Coordinate the development and deployment of retail marketing assets
Ensure programs are delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment with Sales priorities
Partner closely with the Sales team to support account-level activation needs
Work with the Marketing Director to translate plans into executable timelines
Collaborate with Operations and Finance to align marketing activity with inventory and timing
Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution details for retail marketing programs
Track execution status across launches, promotions, and campaigns
Support post-launch and post-promotion reporting where data is available
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in commercial, shopper, retail, or field marketing
Experience supporting retail launches, promotions, or in-store programs
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations
Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused
Preferred
Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
