They are seeking a Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller to lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, manage general ledger activity, and partner with the Controller on audits and financial strategy.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
Manage general ledger activity and prepare financial statements and reporting packages
Partner with the Controller on internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
Support process improvements across accounting operations and reporting workflows
Work with financial systems and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
Progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and monthly close processes
Manufacturing Experience Is Required For This Role
