Responsibilities
Manages and influences health care quality projects and initiatives through design, development, and implementation
Collaborate with colleagues to gather and prepare evidence of compliance for NCQA accreditation
Review analyses, policies, and other documentation against NCQA guidelines to confirm all accreditation requirements are met
Accountable for health care quality projects and initiatives supporting NCQA accreditation through direction setting and leadership
Proactively develop quality activities aligned with company strategies and values
Link the quality management activities to business goals
Proactively build strong teams and business relationships, both internally and externally
Serve as a resource and subject matter expert (SME) on aspects of the quality program to develop and influence business strategies
Qualification
Required
Project management experience
5-7 years clinical and/or managed care experience in the healthcare industry and quality management required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
2+ years NCQA accreditation experience
Strong communication skills with external clients, primarily regulatory and accreditation partners
MS Office Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
