Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood outreach
Schedule and conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners
Educate homeowners on solar energy, system benefits, and available savings
Present pricing, financing options, and system solutions clearly and professionally
Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualification
Required
Previous door-to-door or canvassing lead generation experience (required)
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check to qualify for a California in-home sales license (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Preferred
In-home sales or closing experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
