Business Development Representative
KickStart Dental Marketing is a company dedicated to helping independently owned dental and orthodontic practices grow profitably through effective marketing strategies. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to create qualified sales opportunities by reaching out to practice owners and decision-makers, initiating conversations, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Inbound lead follow-up
Build and manage a pipeline of dental and ortho practices that match our ICP (ideal customer profile)
Qualify leads by uncovering key info (goals, current marketing, pain points, timeline, budget, decision process)
Book qualified meetings on the calendar for our closers (and make sure they’re legit, not 'curious tire-kickers')
Follow up consistently — most deals don’t happen after one touch
Update CRM religiously (activities, notes, dispositions, next steps, outcomes)
Collaborate with marketing + sales to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
Contribute to continuous improvement: what’s working, what’s not, and what should we test next?
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of BDR/SDR experience (B2B services preferred)
Comfortable on the phone and can keep energy up even when people say 'not interested'
Can communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with business owners
Strong organization skills and can manage a follow-up cadence without dropping balls
Enjoy being measured and coached — you want to get better, not just 'get through the day'
Can take feedback without ego and apply it fast
Align with values like: being resourceful, solution-oriented, doing the right thing, and acting like an owner
Preferred
Experience selling to dentists, orthodontists, or healthcare practices
Experience at a marketing agency, SaaS, or B2B services company
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, etc
Experience with multi-touch outbound sequences and basic sales tech stacks
