Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end QA testing for integrations between Guidewire and Litify/Salesforce platforms
Perform manual functional, regression, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases
Validate backend data using advanced SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Develop and execute test cases for API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and integration teams to ensure requirements are met and edge cases are addressed
Apply deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance claims workflows and business processes during test planning and execution
Identify defects, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution and re-testing
Provide QA leadership, mentor junior testers, and promote best practices across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including test process optimization and automation opportunities
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise-level Quality Assurance experience testing complex, web-based applications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms including ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter
3+ years of experience testing system integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP) across enterprise environments
