Talent Acquisition Coordinator

ServiceMaster® Brands is a leading provider of residential and commercial services in restoration, cleaning, moving, and bioremediation. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will coordinate interviews, manage the pre‑boarding process, and support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting top talent with efficiency and care.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Lead the pre‑boarding process, including initiating and tracking background checks, drug screens, and other pre‑hire requirements
Manage I‑9 and E‑Verify processes through our vendor partner, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
Coordinate phone, video, and in‑person interviews using our scheduling tools and technology
Provide candidates and interview teams with the resources they need for a smooth, positive experience
Monitor interview schedules to ensure everything runs seamlessly
Prepare and send offer letters and confirmation statements
Enter new hire information into HRIS systems with precision and attention to detail

Qualification

Talent Acquisition experienceApplicant Tracking SystemsMicrosoft Office proficiencyOrganization skillsCommunication skillsFast-paced workload managementAttention to detail

Required

Exceptional organization skills and a sharp eye for detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence picking up the phone when it's the best way to connect
At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Coordinator
High school diploma required; BA/BS strongly preferred
Proven success managing interview scheduling, new hire documentation, and candidate communication
Ability to independently manage a fast‑moving, varied workload
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, or iCIMS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
