Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle accounting including journal entries, GL, accruals, and reconciliations
Lead the month-end close process
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Manage QuickBooks accounting operations
Supervise and mentor up to 5 direct reports
Partner with operations and leadership on financial support and reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of accounting experience
QuickBooks experience required
Strong month-end close and full-cycle accounting background
Prior leadership experience or readiness to step into a management role
Preferred
Oil & Gas experience preferred
CPA preferred, not required
