Responsibilities

Track progress on product launch governance and coordination across inter-departmental workstreams
Contribute to cross-functional projects which support the development of the brand and/or individual model lines (ex. Dealer sales experience, margin program development, brand health roadmap execution and tracking)
Support GMA governance through ensuring appropriate timelines and checkpoints are executed in advance of executive review

Required

Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2026
Local to Fountain Valley, CA (no relocation or housing will be offered)
Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week
Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship
Visa sponsorship is not available
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Compensation: $25.00/Hour
Must be a high school graduate
Bachelor's candidate
Experience with system integrations and platform start-ups
Guest-facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, etc.)
Experience process-mapping and building learner guides
Experience working with data sets to provide reporting and analytics
Experience creating, reviewing and editing presentations
Passion for automobiles, automotive industry, and luxury products
Hospitality and guest experience skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated, high initiative works well independently
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Preferred

Financial and accounting knowledge is a plus
Automotive/dealership/luxury experience a plus
Experience with Alteryx and Tableau a plus
