The role focuses on the design, development, startup, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems used in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Design, program, and support PLC and HMI systems for automated manufacturing equipment
Develop electrical control diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts for production systems
Support equipment startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting in a production environment
Participate in new equipment conceptual design, balancing specifications, cost, and lead times
Manage controls hardware design, BOMs, and supplier coordination
Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety standards, and Lean manufacturing practices
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience designing and supporting industrial control systems in manufacturing
Strong background in PLC programming, HMI design, and electrical hardware layouts
Experience working in Lean and/or Six Sigma manufacturing environments
Project management experience with the ability to support schedules, budgets, and execution
Familiarity with OSHA compliance and industrial safety systems
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Controls, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics)
2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments
