JPS Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Consultant in NYC to design, build, and support CRM solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the full CRM lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-production.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service
Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripts (JavaScript)
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure Logic Apps
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices
Perform testing, support UAT, and assist with deployment and release management
Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects
Collaborate with business users, conduct demos, provide training, and maintain documentation

Required

10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365

Experience with Dataverse, APIs, and Azure integration tools
Solid understanding of data models, security roles, and environment management
Proven track record in enterprise-scale CRM implementations
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work 100% onsite in NYC in a fast-paced environment
