Part-Time Remote Recruiter (Healthcare & Technical Staffing)
AZAD Technology Partners is a staffing company that specializes in healthcare and technical recruiting. They are seeking a part-time Recruiter to support both Interim Healthcare Leadership roles and Technical/Professional contract roles, focusing on building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring successful placements.

Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for healthcare and technical openings
Conduct candidate phone screens (experience, availability, compensation, alignment)
Maintain accurate candidate profiles, pipelines, ATS notes, and submission data
Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidate preparation
Collaborate with account managers on candidate status, client needs, and role prioritization
Track candidate pipeline metrics and maintain consistent communication loops
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR
Minimum 4 years recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in healthcare recruiting, IT/technical recruiting, or both
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (phone, written, interpersonal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must be located in the United States and able to work PST hours
