Responsibilities
Appear in court (hearings, settlement conferences, evidentiary matters, trials)
Develop case strategy, negotiate, and counsel clients
Draft motions/briefs and handle legal research and writing
Collaborate with staff to move cases efficiently and communicate proactively with clients
Qualification
Required
Active Arizona Bar admission (required)
Strong courtroom presence and trial advocacy fundamentals
Strong writing and analytical skills
Professionalism, reliability, and excellent client communication
Preferred
Family law and/or criminal defense (strongly preferred)
Immigration and/or personal injury (plus)
Estates & trusts (welcome if you also have strong trial/hearing experience)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, not required
