Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, supplies, and welcome materials
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate interviews with applicants and managers
Host and facilitate video interviews using designated platforms
Assist with applicant screening and interview flow
Escort new hires through the facility and introduce key team members
Audit employee records to ensure documentation is complete and up to date
Respond to applicant and employee questions related to onboarding, policy, or training
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in digital and paper formats
Support recruitment events, job fairs, and company outreach as needed
Communicate with internal teams via Slack and email to ensure timely updates
Collaborate with team members on time-sensitive projects and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work through July 31, 2026
High School Diploma or GED required
Professionalism — you communicate clearly and appropriately in a workplace setting
Attention to Detail — you value accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping
Organization — you manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Confidentiality — you handle sensitive employee information with care
