Responsibilities
Represent the brand professionally at events, pop-ups, open houses, and community activities
Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
Engage attendees, answer basic questions, and explain service offerings
Collect contact information and referral details from interested prospects
Identify and recommend relevant local events and community activities for brand presence
Assist with updating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, event handouts)
Use tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms for light design updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
Provide post-event summaries, feedback, and referral updates
Qualification
Required
Experience in field marketing, event support, promotions, or brand representation
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and professional in public-facing environments
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working at live events
Ability to engage people and build quick rapport
