As an Asset Management and Valuations Intern, you will provide analytical support to asset managers and assist in reviewing the credit of securitized pools of commercial mortgages while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with excel modeling of the cash flows and valuations of properties across all commercial real estate asset classes
Analyze and assist with underwriting real estate and commercial
Provide support for analyzing operating statements, budgets, third party reports, and commercial lease review
Present data-driven recommendations to asset management and valuations
Perform market research by using both internal and third-party databases and utilizing existing broker relationships
Participate in property management, leasing, and client calls
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with a desire to learn and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Seeking a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, real estate or related field
