Responsibilities
Deliver immediate operational coverage while developing long-term departmental capability
Ensure CNAS can meet sponsor expectations, protect compliance, and support faculty success regardless of staffing fluctuations
Provide agile, end-to-end pre- and post-award support to CNAS departments on an as-needed basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
Demonstrated ability or motivation to rotate among departments, learn local processes quickly, and produce accurate work under changing priorities
Proficiency with online systems and information management tools
Ability to learn and apply sponsor/UC policies, Uniform Guidance concepts, and compliance requirements
Perform routine financial analysis and reporting; high attention to detail; strong organization and customer service
