Responsibilities
Manage supply chain operations supporting manufacturing and production schedules
Control costs through planning, sourcing strategies, and inventory optimization
Identify and help solve supply, and inventory issues to prevent disruptions
Oversee purchasing and strategic sourcing of raw materials, components, and services
Negotiate pricing, and terms while managing supplier risk
Manage inventory processes, including stock level, tracking of goods, and reorder strategies
Collaborate with production, quality, finance, and warehouse teams
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in supply chain and production planning within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and cost control
Proven experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations
Demonstrated financial acumen, including cost analysis and budget management
Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge supporting planning, purchasing, and inventory control
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, forecasting, pivot tables, and reporting
Proven experience in forecasting, planning and inventory control
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with lean manufacturing, S&OP, or continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge of domestic and international logistics
