Responsibilities
Supervise and manage staff within the Management, Systems, and Evaluation Division or our Staff and Agency Support Division, and several reporting sections and units
Plan, assign, and review work; prepare performance evaluations and resolve disciplinary matters; and other significant decision making for day-to-day personnel management within your division
Support statewide planning and oversight of priority initiatives involved in the development and implementation of specialized vocational rehabilitation programs designed to improve services for individuals with disabilities
Provide research and analysis based recommendations to agency leadership that may impact policy and program level decisions
Conduct effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Six years of professional social or human services experience including two years of experience supervising professional social or human services staff, and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training that included two years of experience supervising professional social or human services staff
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
