Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily bulk warehouse operations to ensure productivity, quality, and service level expectations are met
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates through regular feedback, performance management, and ongoing communication
Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Establish department goals, define priorities, and plan initiatives to support operational strategies and business objectives
Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency and throughput
Capture, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop and implement process improvements to support current operations and future business needs
Partner with Operations Management and support teams to align departmental execution with facility-wide objectives
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment preferred
Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices
Ability to analyze data, identify operational opportunities, and execute improvement plans
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexible, hands-on leader capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum two years of job-related experience required
