This role focuses on improving data accuracy and governance while partnering with HR teams to ensure functional clarity and visibility.

Responsibilities
Analyze, manipulate, and transform HR and people-related data to support reporting, audits, and operational decision-making
Identify, document, and resolve data inconsistencies across HR systems and processes
Establish and maintain data governance standards, including naming conventions and data structure guidelines
Support data mapping, process mapping, and documentation efforts to improve system clarity and scalability
Partner with HR teams and subject matter experts to gather functional-level requirements and translate them into clear documentation
Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders to provide visibility and alignment
Qualification
Required
Current experience with modern HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, or comparable platforms)
Experience analyzing and manipulating data, including advanced Excel or similar data tools
Demonstrated ability to identify data quality issues and implement standardization practices
Experience supporting process documentation, data mapping, or system optimization initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights
