Responsibilities

Build and manage prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Research target companies and support email outreach campaigns
Track engagement metrics and maintain CRM data accuracy
Create content for LinkedIn, blog posts, and case studies
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Design marketing collateral and monitor competitor activity

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Finance, MIS, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
Customer service skills to foster positive client relationships and address inquiries effectively
Knowledge of sales processes, including developing leads, preparing presentations, and supporting sales efforts
Ability to understand and assist with sales management processes, including tracking performance and supporting team goals
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io)
Experience with LinkedIn for business/prospecting
Familiarity with finance or technology industries is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
