Work with Dayforce application sales managers to uncover new business opportunities
Establish and communicate the strategic vision for the Workforce Consulting team
Drive initiatives that enhance business growth and client engagement
Design and implement impactful Dayforce marketing campaigns tailored to market demands
Provide insights on pricing strategies to enhance sales efforts
Foster sturdy executive-level relationships with clients to secure satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of experience
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience with Dayforce implementations, concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role
Preferred
Familiarity with Dayforce organization
Experience managing end-to-end Dayforce implementations
Experience selling and pricing Dayforce implementations
Designing and deploying Dayforce solutions
Building client relationships and managing expectations
