Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted Agile coach, guiding teams on Agile values, principles, practices, and metrics
Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs aligned to the product roadmap
Facilitate and ensure effectiveness of all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums)
Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies across multiple teams
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing team metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and coaching teams toward higher Agile maturity
Coordinate delivery and releases across multiple systems teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions
Mentor and coach team members and junior Scrum Masters in Agile best practices
Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
Participate in communities of practice and contribute to enterprise Agile standards and improvements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall experience in IT / Technology delivery environments
7+ years of experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master leading complex, cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Introductory Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent); advanced certification preferred (CSM II, PSM II/III, SAFe)
Strong experience coaching teams in VUCA environments
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Jira
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex team dynamics
Excellent facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred
Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments
Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and large-scale releases
Background in Agile transformation or enterprise Agile adoption
