Customer Success Manager (Hybrid)
Variosystems is an internationally recognized electronics services partner specializing in development, production, and life-cycle management of electronic solutions. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing customer programs, ensuring satisfaction, profitability, and effective order management through collaboration with the customer success team and utilization of ERP systems.

Responsibilities
Member of Customer Success Team (CST) and primary point of contact to the customer
Maintains timely and accurate customer communication and reporting to customers
Processes of all customer orders via ERP (SAP) system from initial quotation to after-sales service and support
Collaborates with CST to ensure order fulfillment and achievement of on-time-delivery targets
Review of Work Orders and management of customer forecast and deliver schedules
Daily reviews of Clear-to-Build (CTB) reports and resolution of material shortage issues
General sales and administrative support functions
Provides Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) support
Maintains overview of all projects including all delivery schedules
Supports Finance with invoice issues and resolution
Maintains and reviews customer owned inventory, slow moving inventory, and customer prepayment reports and develop action plans as required

Qualification
Required
University/College degree
5+ years of experience within inside sales/administration
Past work experience within electronics manufacturing and/or production environment
Proficiency with ERP systems and past work experience preferably with SAP
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Problem solving, ability to prioritize tasks; responsive
