Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead all aspects of contract execution supporting various Army divisions. This senior leadership position is responsible for program oversight, staff management, and ensuring delivery of high-quality technical and analytical support across multiple defense initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of contract execution and performance to ensure delivery of program requirements in accordance with the Army’s objectives and timelines
Serve as the primary liaison between contract staff, Army stakeholders, and Department of Defense leadership
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the activities of a multidisciplinary team, including key and non-key personnel
Ensure continuity of operations, compliance with program milestones, and timely submission of all required deliverables and reports
Monitor quality control measures and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed
Manage project budgets, schedules, and workforce utilization in accordance with firm-fixed-price contract terms
Facilitate regular status updates, briefings, and progress meetings with government representatives
Support onboarding of qualified personnel and address workforce issues promptly to maintain staffing stability
Oversee security compliance for all personnel and ensure proper handling of classified information
Coordinate risk management efforts and resolve operational problems to ensure mission assurance
