Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance custom application components across enterprise systems
Deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using modern development frameworks and agile methodologies
Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Participate in and influence technical and architectural decisions across multiple teams
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues impacting applications and integrations
Design and implement innovative software solutions aligned with business and client requirements
Ensure seamless integration of custom components with Oracle Financial systems
Perform thorough testing, debugging, and validation to maintain high-quality standards
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Financials
Strong experience with Oracle ERP Financial Systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Project Billing
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fixed Assets
Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance Cloud
Practical experience with Oracle Financial modules including AP, FA, and GL
Experience with BPM workflows, OCR solutions, BI Publisher (BIP) reporting, PL/SQL, and Unix
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financial implementations
Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials
Proven hands-on development experience with Oracle Financial modules and related technologies
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Strong working knowledge of PL/SQL and Unix scripting
Experience with version control systems such as Git
