My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Pre-Sales Intake Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage clients and set up appointments for the licensed sales team while effectively communicating the value of the company's services.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to engage potential clients
Professionally present My Senior Health Plan’s services and build rapport with (warm) leads
Create and update client profiles in our CRM and assist with scheduling appointments or live transfers to licensed agents
Use sales tactics to nurture leads and meet sales targets
Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance basics
Consistently meet sales goals and administrative deadlines

Qualification

Inside sales experienceCRM software proficiencyBilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese)Microsoft Office proficiencyInsurance industry knowledgeTech-savvyResilience under pressureCommunication skillsOrganizational abilities

Required

3+ years of experience in inside sales
Multilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Job stability and tenure in previous roles
Excellent phone presence and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Experience with auto-dialers
Strong interest in the insurance industry is essential
Willingness to become a licensed sales agent (all materials provided by My Senior Health Plan)
