Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow ITAMSAM modules to streamline asset and software management
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ITAMSAM solutions within the broader IT service management framework
Analyze current asset management processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements using ServiceNow
Ensure compliance with software licensing and asset management policies through effective use of ServiceNow ITAMSAM capabilities
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT asset and software asset management to drive continuous improvement
Provide expert guidance on ITAMSAM tool configuration customization and troubleshooting to support business needs
Support data accuracy and integrity in asset repositories by managing data imports reconciliations and audits within ServiceNow
Design develop and maintain ITAMSAM workflows and dashboards in ServiceNow to support asset lifecycle management
Collaborate with procurement finance and IT teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of IT assets and software licenses
Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to licensing agreements and organizational policies
Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on ServiceNow ITAMSAM functionalities
Lead incident and problem management related to IT asset and software asset management tools
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing asset management metrics and implementing corrective actions
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the ServiceNowITAM skill cluster family
Qualification
Required
9 to 12 years of experience specializing in ServiceNow ITAM/SAM
Experience managing and optimizing IT asset and software asset management processes
Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow ITAM/SAM modules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM/SAM solutions
Analyze current asset management processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements using ServiceNow
Ensure compliance with software licensing and asset management policies
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT asset and software asset management
