Responsibilities

Oversee the Onboarding specialists in all matters related to the onboarding of new hires into the Baptist Health System
Serve as the primary coordinator for all Recruitment Events including but not limited to Scheduling, planning and attending recruitment events, responsible for growing and developing community and school partnerships, sustaining both local and international talent pipelines
Coordinator will also support the Recruitment and Workforce Development Director in administrative functions related to analyzing and reporting of recruitment and onboarding data for key stakeholders
