Responsibilities
Manage user access: approve roles, provision and de-provision accounts, support onboarding/offboarding, and clearly communicate changes to end users
Resolve platform incidents and troubleshoot access or application issues efficiently
Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and fixes; support feature enhancements and participate in testing and validation
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to address operational needs and drive platform improvements
Support onboarding of new products and platforms, ensuring smooth integration and adoption
Work within Agile teams using Jira, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and balance sprint work with operational support
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in user provisioning and access management
Hands-on Experience With SailPoint
Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise platforms or SaaS applications
Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
Familiarity with product onboarding and vendor coordination
