Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production for all Chicagoland projects
Plan and sequence jobs to ensure smooth execution and predictable outcomes
Enforce SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements without exception
Lead and develop a high-performing in-house painting team (10+ employees)
Oversee external crews to ensure alignment with Improovy standards
Control labor, materials, equipment, inventory, and asset maintenance
Identify and eliminate root causes of breakdowns through continuous system improvement
Deploy and manage on-site technology and production equipment
Ensure OSHA compliance and complete job documentation
Coach, correct, and hold accountable —while fixing the systems that allow issues to occur

Required

5+ years of residential painting experience with strong technical capabilities
Proven production leadership of 10+ people with full ownership of outcomes

Calm, decisive operator who performs well under pressure
Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred

Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
