Responsibilities
Assisting with the collection, entry, and validation of data related to grant metrics and patient outcomes
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within electronic health record (EHR) systems and databases
Supporting quality improvement initiatives by analyzing trends and identifying areas for process improvement
Assisting in developing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Participating in quality assurance audits and reviews to ensure data integrity
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support compliance with state and federal reporting requirements
Contributing to special projects aimed at improving service delivery and patient care
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must Currently Be Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Unpaid Internship and Must Reside in Arizona
