Responsibilities
Host and facilitate live video sessions with potential members and agents
Provide clear, step-by-step instruction throughout the underwriting process
Track and document participants' progress and outcomes
Report anomalies such as unusual behavior, flawed execution, or technical issues
Address participant questions and concerns in a professional manner
Deliver technical troubleshooting support as needed
Participate in team feedback sessions and training role-plays
Help refine and improve the digital experience with actionable feedback
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing service role
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide older adults using technology
Prior experience with live video platforms and virtual customer service
Proficiency with Apple and Mac devices/software
Fast learner with the ability to multitask under pressure
Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities
Positive, team-oriented attitude
