Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, emphasizing ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery modules
Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise data models within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate relationships among configuration items (CIs), business services, and infrastructure assets
Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various systems including network operations, HR, finance, and asset management using APIs, IntegrationHub, and data pipelines
Create and execute strategies for data mapping, normalization, and reconciliation to ensure CMDB accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with solution owners to establish data governance standards, lifecycle management practices, and schema design principles
Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding scripting, workflow automation, and data architecture best practices
Partner with network, infrastructure, and cloud teams to facilitate secure and accurate data exchange with platforms such as Cisco DNA, AWS, Azure, VMware, and monitoring tools
Support data-driven automation projects leveraging AI Ops, Predictive Intelligence, and event correlation to optimize operations
Deliver comprehensive architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data dictionaries, and integration schemas
Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity protocols, and relevant compliance frameworks (ISO/NIST)

Required

8+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to designing ServiceNow enterprise architectures
Extensive hands-on experience with data modeling and configuration item (CI) relationship mapping within ServiceNow CMDB
Proven success in architecting and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Azure AD, Splunk, SolarWinds, or OSS/BSS platforms
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JSON)
Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management data flows
Validated certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Certifications such as CTA or CMA are preferred
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams

Preferred

Familiarity with telecom systems data models, network inventory management, and asset lifecycle integration
Experience with data federation and synchronization across multiple ServiceNow instances
Understanding of telecom IT ecosystems and data quality management tools
Knowledge of ITIL 4 frameworks, data governance, and automation design principles
