Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Growth: Direct the strategy for paid media, SEO, and web performance to generate qualified momentum into the startup program
Multi-Channel Execution: Own hands-on performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, managing CPC/CPA/CPQL targets with precision
Next-Gen Discoverability: Implement technical SEO (schema, metadata, indexation) and pioneer AEO/GEO strategies to ensure our program surfaces in generative AI search results
Conversion Optimization: Run constant A/B experiments on bids, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to optimize the user journey
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Content teams to provide SEO/AEO briefs and work with Marketing Ops to maintain attribution integrity and performance dashboards
Reporting: Deliver weekly performance memos and monthly deep-dives, providing actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership

Required

Paid Media Mastery (5+ Years): Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid media spend with a focus on scale and efficiency
Technical SEO & AEO/GEO (5+ Years): Expert knowledge of technical SEO and experience (or deep theoretical understanding) of optimizing for AI discoverability
Experimentation & Conversion (5+ Years): A proven track record of running A/B tests and web optimization projects that directly impact conversion rates
5-8+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally within the Startup or Venture Capital ecosystem
Is a 'Strong Operator'-someone who isn't afraid to get into the weeds of tag standards, structured data, and CPC bidding
Possesses a well-rounded marketing background with a specific niche in performance-driven growth
Is comfortable with Adobe Analytics and various paid ad platforms
Excels at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
