Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account updates
Support new client onboarding, including documentation collection and account setup
Prepare and maintain client reports, meeting materials, and performance summaries
Assist Financial Advisors with administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, travel, and document management
Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to enhance client service and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
5-10 years in the RIA or client-facing financial services industry
Solid organizational, detail-oriented, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Solid technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and other client service platforms, plus exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate as a team player
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Active FINRA Series 65 License preferred, or ability to pass within 90 days of employment
