Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads for conference and events bookings
Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize sales performance
Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of the conference and events industry trends and best practices

Required

3 years of sales management and convention services experience

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
