Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and coverage explanations
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Educate customers using a needs-based review process to recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
Sell and manage a variety of insurance products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance
Ensure compliance with licensing and training requirements while maintaining ethical business practices
Qualification
Required
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and coverage explanations
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Educate customers using a needs-based review process to recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
Sell and manage a variety of insurance products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance
Ensure compliance with licensing and training requirements while maintaining ethical business practices
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty license and/or Life Insurance license)
Preferred
Familiarity with State Farm systems and processes is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
