Responsibilities

Support the Billing team in the daily work of all administrative tasks relating to invoicing, dunning, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the EEX Group
Support in the continuous optimization, digitization and automation of existing workflows and processes

Qualification

MS OfficeERP systemsChange managementBusiness administrationGerman language skillsEnglish language skillsTeamworkCommunication skillsInitiativeReliabilityAttention to detailHands-on mentality

Required

Ongoing studies in business administration, economics, business informatics or comparable at a University in Germany
Availability to work as working student for at least 2, better 3 or more semester
Availability to join the team on site in the office regularly to work together (remote work possible in alignment with the team leader)
A keen interest in change processes, especially in the energy sector
We require initiative, reliability and the ability to work in a team
Secure use of the MS Office package (esp. Excel)
First experience in ERP systems are welcome
A healthy dose of hands-on mentality and an eye for detail
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English as well as German language skills (approx. B1/B2 Level)
