Responsibilities
Manage office files and maintain organized records for easy retrieval
Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Answer phone calls with professionalism and maintain excellent phone etiquette
Serve as a medical receptionist by greeting patients and managing patient inquiries
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year office environment or similar administrative role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Prior experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required
