Responsibilities

Running the in-studio control board for local sports broadcasts on our radio stations, where you will be in direct communication with the on-air announcers
Creating game highlight audio to be used for later broadcasts
Creating audio and written content, including writing for websites, creating podcasts, and creating social media content to help grow our various platforms
Assisting in the production of news and talk shows and assisting as an on-air talent for sporting events
For the right applicant, there may be an option to assist music stations in voice tracking, filling in for on-air shifts, and other programming as needed

Required

Night and weekend availability
Demonstrate aptitude and attitude to work in a fast and accurate manner, capable of thriving in deadline-driven situations

Excellent verbal/written communication skills with organizational ability
Possess basic computer and software skills and have basic knowledge of social media platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work with other departments to drive success of the station/company
Experience with social media posting on a variety of platforms
High School education or equivalent

Preferred

Experience with radio production is preferred, though we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude
