Responsibilities
Reviewing financials and credit information to understand risk and lending needs
Building financial models and writing clear, thoughtful credit recommendations
Helping structure lending solutions that work for both the client and the bank
Keeping a close eye on portfolio performance and flagging risks early
Working day-to-day with Relationship Managers on live deals and ongoing client relationships
Qualification
Required
Around 3–4 years' experience in credit, underwriting, or commercial / corporate lending
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to write clear, practical credit papers
Experience working with commercial businesses across a range of industries
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (or equivalent experience)
Someone who's comfortable working independently, but enjoys being part of a collaborative team
