Responsibilities
Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
Work on complex personal injury or business/commercial litigation cases
Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
5+ years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on either Personal Injury or Business/Commercial Litigation
Demonstrated skills in litigation and negotiation
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bar Certified: CO, GA, FL, TX, or LA
Preferred
Existing book of business or client relationships is preferred
