Responsibilities
Support the Firm’s attorney and summer associate recruiting efforts
Delivering a high‑quality experience for candidates, attorneys, law school partners, and internal stakeholders
Helping drive firmwide recruiting initiatives across multiple offices
Serve as an important point of contact for candidates
Guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process
Ensuring timely communication and a positive experience for candidates
Coordinating interviews across multiple offices
Managing candidate data in iCIMS
Conducting resume reviews
Preparing offer letters
Keeping all recruiting workflows moving efficiently through detailed checklists and process tracking
Planning and executing the Summer Associate Program
Overseeing logistics, scheduling, and events that support attorney engagement and candidate development
Managing both Fall and Spring OCI processes across several offices
Building strong relationships with law school career services
Ensuring seamless scheduling and candidate flow
Collaborating closely with team members
Supporting special projects
Planning social and professional events
Providing high‑level customer service to attorneys, staff, and candidates in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in legal recruiting or exposure to a law firm environment
Hands-on experience with OCI, Summer Associate programs, or multi-office recruiting coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with recruiting systems such as iCIMS and general comfort with Microsoft Office preferred
