They are seeking a Composite Layup Technician to work alongside team members in constructing carbon fiber parts for their aircraft, with responsibilities including preparation of molds, laying up composite materials, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of molds and forms
Mark and cut tape, woven material, honeycomb, adhesive, and similar materials
Lay up composite materials following directions and instructions
Vacuum bag parts for oven cure
Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
Other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Able to work as part of a team to ensure meeting quality standards
High standards for following instructions, work quality and productivity
Some lifting may be required
Able to stand for the majority of a shift in addition to moving about the facility to support the work
Able to work with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, and driven individual
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Authorized to legally work in the U.S. for any company without sponsorship now or in the future
