This role is responsible for coordinating all activities necessary to provide sales, service, and distribution support to domestic customers, managing customer purchase orders, and strengthening customer relationships.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Manage customer purchase orders from entry through invoicing
Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints
Analyze inventory levels and customer demand data
Support Sales in addressing customer needs
Maintain customer records and produce customer information reports
Build strong relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams
Collaborate and foster teamwork within the department
Provide backup support to colleagues as needed
Travel occasionally in support of sales activities (infrequent)
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales
1–2 years of relevant experience in Customer service (retail/restaurant acceptable)
1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply chain
1–2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing
Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Finance preferred)
SAP experience helpful but not required
