Responsibilities

Managing card/system errors
Plan code changes and renewals, program exits, and card reconciliations
Oversight of FIS vendor management activities such as production tickets, defects, and operational scripts
Supports an assigned client portfolio and ensures seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders

Qualification

Client services experienceAccount management experienceCRM proficiencyMicrosoft Office SuiteData analysisRegulatory complianceComputer researchProfessional certification

Required

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
3+ years of experience in business, healthcare administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or healthcare operations
3+ years of experience using CRMs or case management systems
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Professional certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Accredited Healthcare Fraud Investigator (AHFI), or similar
Experience with computer research
Experience with regulatory compliance
Experience with data analysis as it relates to financial recovery/settlements
